We can weld many cracked rims using high quality aluminum TIG welding.
If your wheel is cracked in the middle or on the back side lip (behind the spokes), your wheel can most likely be welded. There are many different types of cracks. To see if your wheel is a good candidate to be welded, call us today.
We straighten aluminum, steel and magnesium wheels up to 28″, bringing them to their original runout. Then, a dial indicator is used to determine runout, preventing any unseen vibrations or flat spots. This procedure assures that the wheel will be round, hold air when mounted to the tire, and will be properly balanced. Call for pricing.

*We have to sand-out scratches, gouges and in-some cases fill in via tig-weld. After this step we paint/powder coat the wheel to the original color. Finally we clear coat the entire wheel to give your wheel the original appearance.*
